1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with any Proposal or Service Agreement signed, constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client identified in the proposal and GrowthForMedia ("Agency"), regarding the access and use of https://growthformedia.com (the “Site”) and the services provided. By accessing the Site and/or hiring our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

GrowthForMedia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site, and continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Access to the Site & Services

GrowthForMedia grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site and use the services for the duration of the contract, solely for internal business purposes.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and that access is used only by authorized personnel.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including code, designs, logos, text, graphics, icons, images, and software, is the exclusive property of GrowthForMedia or its licensors, protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The Client may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Site or services without prior written consent from GrowthForMedia.

4. Client Data & Privacy

The Client retains all rights to the data provided to GrowthForMedia. By using our services, the Client grants us a limited license to process such data solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.

5. Client Obligations

• Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information.
• Use the Site and services in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the Site or interfere with its operation.
• Not transmit viruses, malware, or malicious content.

6. Confidentiality

Any confidential information exchanged between GrowthForMedia and the Client will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the execution of the services. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the agreement.

7. Payments & Cancellations

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments must be made according to the schedule set out in the proposal or invoice issued to the Client.

The Client may cancel the services at any time but will remain responsible for payment of work completed up to the cancellation date.

8. Limitation of Liability

GrowthForMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to Site & Services

GrowthForMedia may update or modify the Site and services at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect the fulfillment of active agreements.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will first be addressed through amicable negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the competent courts of [UK], with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
